Light and dark mode

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores this choice locally on your device (local storage) so that it is kept for your next visit. This information is not transmitted to us or third parties and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. The storage is strictly necessary for this function you have chosen (Section 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested address, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system information. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. If connection errors occur while loading the page, your browser may send a technical error report to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes the data as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement. For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR); should this certification lapse, the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission apply (Art. 46 GDPR). Cloudflare stores the data only as long as necessary to deliver and protect the website. Further information: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the information you provide, such as name, company, contact details, project details and attached drawings, in order to handle your inquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The “Write an e-mail” button only opens your own e-mail program. No data is transmitted via this website. Your e-mail is stored by our e-mail provider Google (Google Workspace), which processes it on our behalf as a processor. Data may also be transferred to the USA in the process. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission apply (Art. 46 GDPR).

We store this data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry. If an order is placed, we retain business-relevant documents in accordance with statutory retention obligations, in particular for seven years under Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code.

Providing your information is not required by law or contract. Without it, however, we cannot handle your inquiry.

Recipients

Your data is only received by the following, to the extent necessary for the respective purpose: our hosting provider Cloudflare and our e-mail provider Google as processors, companies involved in manufacturing or delivering your order, and tax advisers and authorities where we are legally obliged. Data is not passed on for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
